1) What is the return policy?
Daisies in the Rain Publishing will gladly exchange defective merchandise. We also offer returns toward credit on other merchandise. The only product we offer a refund on is the 10-Day Trial Pak.
Simply mail the products in like-new, salable condition back to us at:

To be certain your returned product reaches us, you may want to consider sending it in a “trackable” way. Once we receive it, we will issue a credit toward the purchase of other merchandise. Returns for credit may only be used for merchandise, not shipping and handling charges.

2) What do you believe doctrinally?
Our resources are focused squarely on the Bible. We are not affiliated with any particular denomination. We are considered mainstream evangelical. We target practical Christian living issues and encourage individuals to grow in their knowledge of God and His Word.
Churches of many different backgrounds use our products, including Baptist, Pentecostal, Lutheran, Nazarene, Wesleyan, Open Bible, Christian Church, and more.

3) What are your shipping & handling rates?
For regular ground shipping via UPS or the US Postal Service, shipping and handling is based on the dollar amount of the sale.

- Up to $99.98, it is $8.95
- Up to $199.99, it is $12.95
- Up to $399.99, it is $15.95
- $400 or more, it is $19.95
4) What if I need expedited shipping?
If you need expedited shipping, please call or email us and we will give you the cost based on the service needed, order weight, and location.
